Remote, Island, and Limited-Access Locations

Remote, island, or limited-access locations may require an additional shipping surcharge. Any additional shipping charge must be confirmed before payment.

When an Order Can Ship

Shipping follows the complete approval and production process:

You approve the final 3D preview.
You pay the remaining balance.
Physical production begins.
The finished piece goes through quality review.
The order then enters shipping.

Nothing is physically produced until you approve the 3D preview.
