These terms describe the process for ordering a custom full-color physical pet figurine created from customer photos through Made From Your Pet.

About These Terms

The website and custom products are provided under the Made From Your Pet brand.

Custom Product Process

1. You send pet photos.
2. Your first refined Reference is free.
3. Reasonable Reference adjustments before approval are free.
4. You approve the Reference before 3D design begins.
5. After Reference approval, a $1.99 design fee unlocks a custom 3D design and 360° preview.
6. The full $1.99 design fee is credited toward the final figurine order.
7. Reasonable minor 3D adjustments are available before final 3D approval.
8. You approve the final 3D preview.
9. You pay the remaining balance before physical production begins.
10. Physical production, quality review, and shipping follow.

Nothing is physically produced until you approve the 3D preview.

Reference and 3D Approval

You are responsible for reviewing and approving the Reference and final 3D preview before production. The product is created from the photos and design that you provide and approve; no perfect likeness or exact reproduction is guaranteed.

Design Fee and Final Payment

The $1.99 design fee unlocks the custom 3D design and 360° preview. The full $1.99 is credited toward the final figurine order. The remaining balance is due after final 3D approval and before physical production.

Cancellation and Refunds

Once you approve the final 3D preview and complete payment of the remaining balance, your order enters production and can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Custom Products and Customer Content

Custom products are made from the photos and information you provide. You must own or have the necessary rights to submit the photos and other content you provide to us. You retain rights in your original photos; you do not grant a general marketing license merely by submitting them.

Pricing and Product Options

• 8 cm / 3.1" — $129
• 12 cm / 4.7" — $189 (Most Popular)
• 15 cm / 5.9" — $259

All listed prices are for one pet. A solid black walnut round base is included. Each pet in a multi-pet order is priced individually based on its selected figurine size.

A freestanding walnut + brass nameplate is an optional separate add-on for +$20. It may include a pet name, date, or short personal line.

Shipping

Standard shipping is included to most destinations. Remote, island, or limited-access locations may require an additional surcharge, which will be confirmed before payment. See the Shipping Policy for the current shipping terms.

Intellectual Property

Made From Your Pet’s website text, brand elements, and website design are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These terms do not claim ownership of your original pet photos.
